Welcome to Fandini (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and online store to offer handcrafted luxury bracelets designed in Canada using 18K gold and semi-precious gemstones (the “Services”).
Fandini uses Shopify as its ecommerce platform, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline your rights and responsibilities when interacting with or purchasing from Fandini.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy [LINK].
If you disagree with these Terms, please stop using our Services. 

SECTION 1 – ACCESS & ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory in Canada.
If you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

All Fandini pieces are handcrafted, and natural variations in stones, gold beads, and craftsmanship are normal.
We make every effort to represent products accurately, but:

  • Colours may vary depending on your screen
  • Natural stones may vary slightly in tone or pattern
  • Minor variations may occur due to artisanal assembly

Descriptions, pricing, materials, and availability may change without notice.
We may discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
An order is only accepted once payment is processed and we send confirmation by email.

We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons such as:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Inventory issues
  • Incorrect pricing

Violations of these Terms

If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded.

All returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

All purchases are for personal use only — no resale or export for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES & BILLING

Prices are shown in CAD and may change without notice.
Taxes and shipping rates are added at checkout.

You agree to provide valid payment details.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • Your payment method has enough funds
  • All information is accurate

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship within Canada and selected international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by you

Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, images, product names, photography, videos, text, logos, and website content belong to Fandini.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, or use any part of our content without written permission.

All Fandini trademarks and designs are the exclusive property of Fandini.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Sometimes we may provide tools or features created by third parties (for example, Shopify apps or payment providers).
These are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for their performance or reliability.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (for example: Instagram, shipping providers, payment processors).
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Fandini is powered by Shopify. All sales are between you and Fandini. Shopify is not responsible for any issues arising from your purchases. By using our Services, you release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with Fandini.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Because our store runs on Shopify, some information is also processed by Shopify and their providers.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, messages, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you allow us to use that content for marketing or operational purposes without compensation.

You agree your Feedback:

  • Is your own
  • Does not violate laws
  • Does not include harmful or false content

We may remove Feedback that violates these rules.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS & INACCURACIES

There may be rare typographical or pricing errors.
We may correct or update information, or cancel orders affected by errors, even after an order is placed.

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Harass Fandini staff or customers
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with the website
  • Misuse our content

Sections governing intellectual property, warranties, liability, and legal terms will remain in effect even after termination.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Fandini regarding use of the Services.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms.
We may assign our rights if needed (for example: business restructuring).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Disputes must be handled in Ontario courts.
