1. Order Processing
All Fandini pieces are handcrafted and assembled with care.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Within Canada
We ship exclusively within Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions within Canada.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
Fandini is not responsible for:

Missing apartment/unit numbers

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Redelivery fees

Lost packages due to customer-provided errors
If any package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Fandini is not responsible for delays, carrier errors, or lost packages.
If you believe your package is lost:

Carrier investigations can take 5–30 business days.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

We will review the case and assist according to our Refund Policy.
8. Local Pickup (Coming Soon)
We may offer local pickup in Toronto (North York) in the future.
This option will be announced on our website once available.
