7-Day Return Policy

If your piece arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Due to the nature of 18K gold jewelry, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size, or style preference.


Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

  • It must include the original Fandini rigid box

  • If applicable, the certificate of authenticity must be included

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • The piece must pass our authenticity and quality inspection (see below)


How to Return

Contact our customer service team at contact@fandiniluxury.com to initiate a return.
We will provide return instructions and the recommended secure shipping method.


Authenticity Inspection

To protect against material substitution, all returned pieces undergo:

  • 18K gold purity verification

  • Weight and density confirmation

  • Physical condition review

  • Comparison with our pre-shipment photos

Returns that do not pass the inspection will be sent back to the customer.


Refund Process

If the return is approved and the item successfully passes inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Exchanges

Due to the risk of material substitution with precious metals, we do not offer exchanges.
Customers requesting a different size or style may place a new order once the refund has been processed.


Custom Orders

Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
